The restaurant also remains open during normal business hours, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Additionally, you can buy tickets to an exclusive VIP dining experience, Sparkling Good Times, from 6 to 10 p.m. The ticketed, reserved dinner event features a great seafood selection, open bar, gift bag, and valet parking. There is no better way to kick off a Sarasota Fourth of July than with some great food truck fare! This weekend, you can visit the Food Truck Festival at the University Town Center Mall. Head over to parking lot 4, on the east side, where you’ll find some 50 food trucks waiting for you.
The festival runs from 2 to 9 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday, with FREE parking and admission.
