The market at Coquina Beach Park is an excellent chance for you to purchase handmade crafts from local artisans, including jewelry, clothes, artwork, and more. You’ll also find lots of plants, fresh produce and homemade baked goods, and souvenirs to send back home.

Sunday, March 27th: ABBA Tribute Concert

If you’re looking for some things to do in Sarasota at night and love the band ABBA, you won’t want to miss ABBA The Concert. This tribute band continues to be a fan favorite around the world, performing such hits as Dancing Queen and The Winner Takes All.

Sunday, March 27th: Joy of Jazz Free Concert

There are even more music related upcoming events in Sarasota you might enjoy this weekend! On Sunday, check out the Joy of Jazz free concert at Centennial Park in nearby Venice. The concert runs from 2 to 4 p.m. and guests are asked to bring their own chairs, blankets, and other necessities.

Sunday, March 27th: Venice Car Show

Whether you love antique cars or have one you want to show off, the Venice car show is the place to be this weekend! This show usually features some 250 entrants and hosts thousands of visitors, so you’re sure to find something you’ll love or someone who shares your passion.

Sunday, March 27th: Walk to End Summer Hunger

After a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Walk to End Summer Hunger is back this weekend! This event, hosted by All Faiths Food Bank, raises money to feed children over the summer months who otherwise rely on school meals to get them through the day.

Saturday, March 26th: My Hometown Fest

There are lots of things to do in Sarasota with kids this weekend, including My Hometown Fest this Saturday. This outdoor festival features plenty of food and family-friendly activities, as well as craft beer for the grownups to enjoy.

Saturday, March 26th: Tribute to Elton John
