Saturday: The Rockin’ Kirtan Band at Pineapple Yoga
If you’re ready to enjoy some innovative new age music and are looking for things to do in downtown Sarasota, check out the Rockin’ Kirtan Band this weekend. The Rockin’ Kirtan band features an eclectic blend of light rock, chanting, meditation, and more. Every show, the audience is invited to participate and enjoy an experience like nothing you’ve ever had before!

Saturday: Lakewood Ranch Fine Art Festival
Whether you need something for the house or just want to browse some great art, check out the Lakewood Ranch Fine Art Festival this weekend. The festival will feature hundreds of artisans from all over the world. Additionally, you can enjoy handmade paintings, glasswork, ceramic, and more, all in one spot.

Saturday: Lakewood Ranch Irish Celtic Festival
Also at Lakewood Ranch this Saturday is their annual Irish Celtic Festival, just in time for St. Paddy’s Day! The festival will feature lots of Irish beer and food, crafts, and of course traditional music. Show your spirit by wearing green and bring your dog for their special four-legged friend parade.

Saturday: Annual Leprechaun Hunt
There are even more things to do in Sarasota with the kids this weekend, including a leprechaun hunt they’re sure to love! This fun event, held at the Children’s Garden and Art Center, lets kids hunt for coins and other treats, similar to an Easter egg hunt.

Saturday: Zumba at UTC
Have you been slacking off from your new year’s resolutions? If so, why not get back into a fitness routine by joining a challenging Zumba class this weekend! Held at the UTC Mall in front of Macy’s from 9 to 10 a.m. this Saturday, you can enjoy a great hour of fitness and fun.
