Saturday May 15th: Matilda Movie Night

Held in nearby Bradenton at the Manatee Performing Arts Center, Matilda Movie Night is a free outdoor screening of the movie “Matilda,” a perfect choice if you’re searching for things to do in Sarasota with kids this weekend! The movie follows the adventures of misunderstood Matilda as she finally finds her place in the world around her.

Saturday May 15th: Limelight Market at the Bazaar

If you love shopping for unique apparel and gifts, you’re sure to enjoy guest vendors at The Limelight Market, in the courtyard of The Bazaar at the corner of Apricot & Lime. The market runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and features local eats including homegrown honey, handmade jewelry, art, and much more.

Saturday May 15th: Spice Boys Kitchen Popup & Cycle Event

There are lots of things to do this weekend in Sarasota that will get you active and back into shape after the long COVID-19 lockdowns! This Saturday you can check out the Spice Boys Kitchen Popup & Cycle Event, offered by Pineapple Yoga & Cycling Studio.

This weekend’s event features bikes set up outside, ensuring you get lots of fresh air while you cycle. Sunday May 16th: Rare Fruit Tree Sale
